Top Five of the fittest CEOs in the world

The bilionaire CEOs of today’s time are not just content raking in the moolah and playing golf over the weekends. Apart from their dedication towards bringing out the best in their companies, they also work towards bringing out the best in themselves.

These CEOs don’t let a hectic work schedule stop them from hitting the gym or taking care of their body. For them, it’s the survival of the fittest.

Here’s taking a look at five of the fittest CEOs in the world.

1)    Anil Ambani, Chairman, Reliance Group

The younger Ambani’s love-affair with running started way back in 2003 when he was preparing for the Boston marathon. Since then, he has not only been a regular at the Standards Chartered Mumbai Marathon but also at various international marathons. Moreover, he sticks to a strict schedule of running over 10 kms every morning.

2)   Mark Zuckerberg, CEO and founder, Facebook

When it comes to fitness, the founder of Facebook leaves no stone unturned. As part of his New Year’s resolution, he had pledged to run 365 miles in 2016 and that’s not even the most awe-inspiring part. The overachiever that he is, Zuckerberg finished this challenge five months ahead of schedule and has since then started training for a triathlon.

3)   Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter and Square

Despite his hectic schedule, Dorsey makes it a point to work out everyday. He wakes up at 5 am daily and follows it with 30 minutes of meditation and then moves on to doing three sets of the scientific 7-minute-workout.

4)    Tim Cook, CEO of Apple

One thing many people may not know about Tim Cook is the fact that he’s a fitness junkie. He pursues his two hobbies- cycling and hiking regularly apart from waking up at 4.30 am to vist the gym, 5 days of the week.

5)   Sergey Brin, CEO of Google and President of Alphabet

Sergey Brin has perfected the art of using physical activity as a stress-buster. This fitness junkie likes taking things on the next level and enjoys skydiving, spring board diving, high flying trapeze, gymanstics and by his own admission, ‘a variety of acrobatic things’. His Google employees are not left behind either as he takes them to the athletic complex for team-building exercises regularly.
